How to request a refund

Request a refund by contacting us with the email address on your order, and we will arrange it for you.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Course access ends when a refund is issued.

Coaching and programmes

For one-to-one coaching and programmes, the same 14-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase. Sessions already delivered may be deducted from the refund on a pro-rata basis.
