THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
A few clear expectations.
Take Back Friday is owned and operated by Anthology London Limited. These terms apply when you use this website, the free guide, the courses or coaching.
Who you are contracting with
Take Back Friday is a trading name of Anthology London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. When you buy a course or coaching, or use this website, you are contracting with Anthology London Limited. You can reach us through the contact page.
Accepting these terms
By using the website or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you are buying as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
What we provide
A free downloadable guide, self-paced online courses, and coaching and advisory sessions for creative founders. Course access is delivered through an account on this website.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate details and keep them up to date.
Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials you have access to, for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share course content or logins, reverse engineer the service, or work around technical limits.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with security, and scraping or bulk-extracting content.
AI tools and your judgement
Our materials show how to use third-party AI tools. Those tools have their own terms and subscriptions, which are your responsibility. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable — always review them, keep confidential client information out of prompts unless permitted, and apply your own professional judgement. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice, and business results are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Anthology London Limited owns the website, the guide, course content, templates, prompts and branding. Anything you create using our materials remains yours. If you believe content here infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringement leads to loss of access.
Payment, billing and tax
Payments are processed securely on our behalf by our payment provider, and your payment details are handled entirely by them. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT for UK customers.
Refunds
See our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update or improve course content over time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. If your access ends, you may keep any materials you have already downloaded, but online access stops.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
General
We may update these terms; the current version always appears here. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
